O R D E R

S.O.190.(E):- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Cement (Quality Control) Order, 1955, issued under Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion) Notification No.641(E) dated 19^th July, 1995 with immediate effect, except as respects things done or omitted to be done under the Order before such rescission.
