Subject: New Industrial Policy and other concessions for the state of Uttaranchal and the state of Himachal Pradesh – amendment regarding.
The New Industrial Policy and other concessions for the State of Uttaranchal and the State of Himachal Pradesh was announced vide OM No. 1(10)2001-NER dated 7th January 2003. Subsequently references were received from various Associations, etc. for amendment in the Negative List pertaining to ‘Paper’. The issue has been considered in this Department and it has been decided that the S. No. 19 of the ‘Negative List for Uttaranchal & Himachal Pradesh’ (Annexure-III) relating to ‘Paper’ is amended as under:
