S.O. No. 1189(E) - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 6 of the Industries (Development & Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with Rule 2,3,4 and 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints, for a period of two years from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette, the following persons to be Members of the Development Council for Pulp, Paper and Allied Industries, in place of members appointed under the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion) No. S.O.578(E) dated 21^st June, 2001,as amended from time to time, whose tenure of office has expired :-

2. In pursuance of clause (c) of rule 2 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the Deputy Secretary (Paper Division), Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, New Delhi to carry on the functions of the Member Secretary to the said Development Council.
